Something is clearly wrong with the texture pack or the anti-cheat software they're using. I have similar setup to yours, pretty much only difference being that I'm using a GTX1070. After I stopped using HD texture pack, the game ran perfectly. I was crashing to desktop every 10 minutes with an EasyAnticheat error message (about Tobii dll file).
